PSHB Enrollment Category

Career employees and annuitants are eligible to enroll in PSHB plans. Non-career employees are eligible to enroll in the USPS health plan and gain PSHB eligibility after one-year of service. Some non-career job types offer immediate eligibility for certain PSHB plans.
