Plan Code

This is a code assigned by OPM, unique to each plan in a geographic area. Use it to be sure you enroll in the right plan. Codes ending in a "A" or a "D" are for self only enrollment, "B" or a "E" for self & family enrollment, and "C" or a "F" for self plus one enrollment.

For Medicare Advantage plans we've added an "R" to the end of the PSHB plan code to indicate a special Medicare Advantage enrollment process.
